Styling a coffee table for Fall.
Today is a very exciting day! I am teaming up with an amazing group of talented Decor Bloggers for a fun Blog Hop where we share how we have styled our coffee tables this season. I’d love to say a warm welcome to all of you coming over from my dear friend Susana’s Blog: Too Chic For Words where she shared her effortlessly chic and feminine style.
When it comes to styling my coffee table each season, I like to keep things pretty simple and versatile with classic pieces that I can re-use each year. I also like to use multiple decor pieces of varying sizes to give my table texture and dimension.
I generally prefer to start with a large, beautiful tray to keep everything organized and contained. This Fall, I’m using this woven seagrass tray which references the color and texture of my livingroom rug. Next, I added one of my favorite hardcover coffee table books and placed a vase with fresh white hydrangeas on top of it. Fresh white flowers are the easiest way to add instant style to any space! I am also obsessed with richly scented candles in a soft, soothing fragrance such a vanilla bean which smells amazing during the Fall months. When this candle is not lit, it still diffuses a lovely scent to the room which is a bonus. To add a bit of height and visual interest to my coffee table, I filled a tall, narrow vase with decorative moss balls. Finally, I added a white decorative box with a faux coral topper. Now, you may be thinking ….”Coral in the Fall?” Well, for me, coral is a timeless decor element that I love to use year round. It’s so chic, effortless and gives any space an organic yet luxe look.
Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my coffee table this Fall and I hope found some helpful tips for decorating your coffee table this season. The next stop on this Blog Hop is another dear friend Amie of Meme Hill who’s classic style, I absolutely adore.
